REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENT ON DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
We always try to ensure that our products are packed and sent out in using protective packaging to ensure it will reach you safely. However sometimes due to situations beyond our control for example damage in post, your item may arrive in an unsatisfactory state. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item or your item is wrong please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
We can then offer you the option for a replacement to be sent as soon as possible or a refund of the payment made.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery and return items back within: 30 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase and only if the item has not yet been dispatched.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
