PROCESSING TIMES
All products are handmade to order but our aim is to process your order as quickly as possible! We try to get all orders out within 1-2 working days of ordering. However please bear in mind this can increase at busy times like Christmas.
All UK orders are fixed at a standard rate. The price of P&P depends on what service is chosen at checkout.
UK Standard Delivery: £3 ( Royal Mail Tracked 48)
UK Expedited Delivery: £5 ( Royal Mail Tracked 24)
EU: £12 Fedex - 3-5 working days
Rest of the World: £20 - UPS Expedited - 2-5 working days
If you need your order quicker and are in the UK, please contact us prior to making an order and we can discuss options.
Please note, unfortunately we can't guarantee delivery dates during busy periods like Christmas.
TRACKING
All orders are dispatched and generated with a tracking reference linked to the order.
BANK HOLIDAYS
Although we do work on most UK Bank Holidays, our couriers will not offer collection on these days. Please allow an extra 2 working days if ordering within the UK Bank Holiday period for your order to be processed and dispatched.
