Delivery Information
PROCESSING TIMES
All products are handmade to order but our aim is to process your order as quickly as possible! We try to get all orders out within 1-2 working days of ordering. However please bear in mind this can increase at busy times like Christmas. We do our best to keep our dispatch times up to date and will keep you informed in busy seasonal periods.
All UK orders are fixed at a standard rate. The price of P&P depends on what service is chosen at checkout.
If you need your order quicker and are in the UK, please contact us prior to making an order and we can discuss options. Please note, unfortunately we can't promise anything during busy periods like Christmas.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times during normal season are as follow:
United Kingdom: 2-3 business days
Europe: 4 -7 business days
USA: 4-7 Days
Please bear in mind this is a delivery aim but at seasonal times like Christmas and Mothers Day, this can be longer with delays - kindly note, we will not be held responsible for delays during transit.
If you are concerned about the length of time an order is taking to arrive, please conatc us as soon as possible and we can advise you further.
All UK orders placed with standard shipping chosen at checkout are dispatched via Evri 48h - this is usually 2-3 working days from dispatch but can't always be guaranteed if there are delays.
All EU orders placed with standard delivery are shipped via UPS and are fully tracked along the way and is normally delivered within 4- 7 working days.
Orders to the USA are shipped via DHL and are usually delivered within 4 days to main cities however it can at times take up to 7 working days.
Deliveries to Canada are complatied using UPS express and deliveries can take 4-7 working days.
Our aim is to work with our couriers to get your order delivered as efficiently as possible depending on how large your order is.
Shipping is calculated on your order and displayed at the checkout.
Delivery will only be made to the shipping address stated on your order. Please ensure this is correct at the time of ordering.
TRACKING
All orders are dispatched and generated with a tracking reference linked to the order.
BANK HOLIDAYS
Although we do work on most bank holidays, our couriers will not offer collection on these days. Please allow an extra 2 working days if ordering within the bank holiday period for your order to be processed and dispatched.
