Here you can find all the Frequently Asked Questions, If you don't find the information you are looking for, do not hesitate to contact us! We will be more than happy to help you.

  • HOW LONG WILL AN ORDER TAKE TO MAKE?
    • Once your order has been placed, we aim to dispatch all items within 1-2 working days. However this may be longer at busy periods like Christmas and Mothers Day. We do our best to keep our dispatch times up to date and will keep you informed in busy seasonal periods.
  • HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?
    • All orders placed with standard shipping chosen at checkout are dispatched via Evri 48h - this is usually 2-3 working days from dispatch but can't always be guaranteed if there are delays. • Our aim is to work with our couriers to get your order delivered as efficiently as possible depending on how large your order is.
  • WHAT IS THE POSTAGE COST
    • Shipping is calculated on your order at checkout. Price will be dependant on items in your basket. We are currently offer free shipping on all UK orders however this may change.
  • PACKAGING
    • Most items are packaged using paper and cardboard • We do our best to reduce plastic packaging and minimise the use of bauble wrap whenever possible. We think it is important to use eco friendly packaging wherever we can and do our part to be environmentally friendly.
  • PERSONALISATION
    • All items that can be personalised will have heir own specific customisation field where you will fill in the personalisation required for your order. Please double check when filling in the fields, as these are used to personalise your product. • On products that can not be personalised i.e candle holder, glass vases, there is an option to add a gift message. This will be printed on a custom made gift tag and attached to the order.
  • I HAVE MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER, CAN I AMEND?
    • If you believe you have made an error on your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. On personalised products we will try our best to amend this for you, but we can't always make amendments once the order has gone into processing . Unfortunately any changes to be made after the order can't be guaranteed. • For non personalised item, any amendments can be made prior to the dispatch time. Once an order has been dispatched, as the item is no longer in our hands, unfortunately order changes can no longer be made. • For non personalised items that have not yet been dispatched, changes can be made ( swap in designs etc). Please note, this may incur additional time, as we may need to create a new order from scratch. If this is the case we will notify you prior to making the amendments, giving you the option to make an informed decision. • Fort any changes in your order, either the personalisation, change in the design etc, please get in touch via our contact form if this happens.
  • MY ADDRESS IS INCORRECT ON THE ORDER, CAN I CHANGE?
    • Please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched, we can change this for you. Once the order has been dispatched, unfortunately we can't always make any further amendments. • If the order has been dispatched and you've noticed it is wrong, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will advise you of the best course of action.
  • MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED WITH THE INCORRECT PERSONALISATION
    • If your order has arrived and is incorrect please get in touch and we will get this rectified as soon as possible.
  • CUSTOM/IMPORT FEES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDER
    • As the buyer, you are responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. • These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, country of origin and the local taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. We cannot predict these fees and therefore cannot calculate them for you. • This came into place from January 2020 when Brexit was officially put into place and as a business, we unfortunately have no control over this.
  • MY ORDER HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED?
    • Please get in touch if your order has still not arrived 5 working days after the order is placed. At busy periods like Christmas, many orders can be delayed so please bear this in mind before contacting us. • We have the right to reserve to wait 12 working days from dispatch before we can class the order as lost.
  • I’D LIKE SOMETHING MORE PERSONAL, CAN YOU DO THAT?
    Of course! If there are any specific designs you have in mind and would like something a bit more personal, that is totally fine. We can work with you to create something unique to you. However, at busy periods like Christmas we can't guarantee that we can take on custom orders due to an extreme demand for orders and requests.
